Founder & CEO Conrad Hurdle

building equitable environments

Established in Portland, Oregon in 2018 FC Hurdle Consulting, LLC was my creation after 15 years serving as a school principal. I decided to make a significant change and took a leap of faith to begin this firm. As a consultant, I have experience engaging diverse stakeholders, collecting data, and telling a compelling story for change. Whether it is the City of Portland and Multnomah County, National Association Minority Contractors-Oregon, Oregon Public Utilities Commission (pages 6-21), or School District/Multnomah Educational Service District our firm strategizes with you to find the right solutions to address your business needs.

Each day I continue to lean into every moment of this amazing journey. The beloved support of my wife, Rebecca, and a network of professionals I call my business circle drives the firm to reach new heights and advance opportunities for our partners. During my downtime, I look forward to fishing on the Snake River and spending quality time with family and friends.
