Productive collaboration between lead teachers and educational assistants does not happen by accident. It requires clear communication, mutual understanding, and intentional tools.

In this two-hour introductory virtual training, lead teachers and educational assistants will explore constructive-dialogue strategies, deepen their understanding of healthy team communication, and leave with practical tools to support their daily work together.

If your teaching partner plans to attend, please provide their name to help us prepare the training activities. Each participant must register separately to receive Oregon Registry credit.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Participants may cancel their registration and receive a full refund by submitting a written cancellation request to conrad@fchurdleconsulting.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of the training. Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the training and participant no-shows are nonrefundable.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to process. If FC Hurdle Consulting cancels the training, registered participants may select a full refund or transfer their registration to a rescheduled session.

Technology Requirements

Participants are responsible for having an internet connection, device, audio, and other technology necessary to participate. Refunds will not be provided for technical difficulties originating with the participant.

If a significant technology failure caused by FC Hurdle Consulting prevents delivery of the training, participants will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund.
